Overview
Continuing research into health and housing issues is providing housing practitioners with a better understanding of the complex interactions between the home environment and its effects on health. On a more practical note, examples of best practice can assist Local Authorities in developing policy in relation to Housing Renewal.
Delegates attending this seminar were able to hear presentations on housing research and best practice by Professor David Ormandy from the University of Warwick, Professor Geoff Green from Sheffield Hallum University, Ian Cole from Bristol City Council and Viv Mason from BRE.
