Understanding of the management of and risks associated with large site with commercial and public access offering:
1. Waste receipt, storage and distribution from the site (including asbestos, vehicle oil and batteries, white goods, car tyres, green waste, general household waste, cardboard and rubble)
2. Health and safety of those who work at and visit the site including members of the public
3. Vehicle movement into and around the site
4. Contaminated land management (due to the use of the site)
5. Pest control
