• Understanding / Consideration of Hazard Identification, Control Points and Auditing of Food Safety Management System.
• Understanding of Relevant Hygiene / Food Safety Legislation.
• Experience of Identifying any Areas of Non-Compliance.
• Understanding of Food Hygiene Priority Rating.
• Experience of Sampling Drinking Water used in Food Preparation, Interpreting Results and Identifying Appropriate Actions.
