Students will understand the rationale behind Home safety/Accident Prevention work, Energy Rating Assessments and the use of Housing & Health Questionnaires, and understand the mechanism of targeted interventions.
Students will gain an understanding into the impact of housing and housing conditions on the health of occupants, and the ways in which housing interventions can being about health benefits.
