Training Outcome
|
Students will accompany EHO on routine visit to the premises.
Students will gain an understanding of the legislation that covers premises approval, The Food Safety ( Fishery Products and Live Shellfish)(Hygiene) Regulations 1998
Understanding of the risks, including traceability or the sake of a wide variety of exotic meats and game.
