Development Control – using the development control consultation process to protect existing and future occupiers from noise, odour and air pollution.

Training Outcome
|
Students will understand the use of the planning consultation procedure, in respect of environmental issues, and the way in which potential environmental problems can be ameliorated by the use of appropriately drafted planning conditions.
