General Food Hygiene Inspections and Enforcement (F5) 

e.g., cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, retailers, schools

Training outcome 

To gain experience and understanding of food safety legislation. Practical involvement in a variety of food hygiene. An appreciation of how to identify risks associated with food preparation, handing, storage and an understanding of how these risks are controlled by critical control points. Experience of auditing HACCP / SFBB
