This is going to be a live event involving the setting up of a Rest Centre in Blaenau Gwent for the receiving of evacuees displaced as a result of an incident.
It is a multi-agency event being led by our Civil Contingencies Team (aka Emergency Planning Team). They are looking for volunteers to take part in the event, roles may range from rest centre reception staff to evacuees! But all will be practically involved in the day and will be perfect for the Emergency Planning section of the ELP.
